Professional Experience

After serving with the International Mission Board, Christian returned state-side to work in Higher Education. He is currently the Housing Coordinator and Resident Director of the Quads and was previously a Resident Director at Howard Payne University. At Howard Payne, Christian served as the coordinator of the Chapel program as well as a sitting member of the Staff Counsel. He has a particular passion for discipleship and equipping college students with abilities to know the Lord richly as they transition into their next season of life.

Personal Background

Christian is from Kansas City, Missouri, married to his wife since 2016 and father to a son. Being a “military brat,” he grew up all over the country, learning the value to cultural experiences and richness community has with diversity. He is an avid reader of theology, rock climbs, CrossFit and does all things outdoors. Christian spends most of his free time reading, getting a good cup of coffee with good company or watching film. He has worked closely with his local church teaching theology to better understand the scriptures and their Lord. Theological education is one of his greatest passions and he invests in any way he can to help others in this way.
